Diddy has sold his Miami Star Island mansion for $55 million while still owning the neighboring property raided in 2024.

Miami real estate has a habit of getting dragged into celebrity storylines, and Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Star Island holdings are no exception. This week, he reportedly sold one of his two waterfront properties there for $55 million, while the neighboring house remains the one that was raided by federal agents in 2024.
On Tuesday, July 14, The Real Deal reported that the home at 1 Star Island Drive was bought by JFStar LLC, a Newport News, Va.-based company. The eight-bedroom property, which sits on the water, was financed with an $18.5 million mortgage from Axos Bank, according to the outlet.
Diddy purchased the mansion from Gloria and Emilio Estefan in 2021. Records show he still owns the adjacent property at 2 Star Island Drive, the one searched by Department of Homeland Security agents in March 2024. That raid was part of the investigation that ultimately led to his arrest six months later on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
He was later found guilty of transportation to engage in prostitution in July 2025 and is currently serving a 50-month sentence. His scheduled release date is Feb. 8, 2028. Last week, video circulated showing the incarcerated music executive during a daily walk at Fort Dix prison in New Jersey, where he is serving time.
Elsewhere, Diddy had put his Los Angeles mansion, which was also raided, up for sale in September 2025, though the property has since been taken off the market.
