Young Thug has bought a $5 million Cooper City estate in South Florida, complete with seven bedrooms, a pool, and equestrian grounds.

South Florida has become the latest landing spot for Young Thug, who has bought a newly renovated estate in Cooper City for $5 million. The property sits on two acres and stretches across roughly 6,000 square feet, making it one of the more extravagant pieces of real estate attached to the Atlanta rapper in recent months.
According to The Real Deal, which published the report on July 24, Thugger closed on the home July 8 through a trust tied to an LLC he manages with his manager, music executive Geoff Ogunlesi. The outlet says the mansion had been listed at $6 million before the sale.
One of the agents involved in the deal, Compass’ Alan Perez, said the estate was part of a broader market offering before Young Thug stepped in. The house comes with 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, plus an 884-square-foot guest cabana with two bedrooms and two baths of its own.
The spacious home leans heavily into the kind of polished, overbuilt detailing that defines this tier of Florida real estate: soaring double-height ceilings, sleek marble flooring, and solid wood doors imported from Italy. The kitchen is anchored by a marble waterfall island and finished with custom wood cabinetry and high-end appliances, including Sub-Zero refrigeration.
Elsewhere in the house, there’s a game room fitted with a professional pool table and a 200-inch LED television screen. Upstairs, the master bedroom includes his-and-hers walk-in closets and a spa bath with a freestanding soaking tub, a glass-enclosed rain shower, smart toilets, and marble vanities.
Outside, the amenities continue with a resort-style pool and spa set against travertine pavers and a wide covered piazza. The property also includes a three-car garage and private equestrian grounds built for keeping and riding horses. For added privacy and security, the estate is equipped with automated motorized gates and a network of surveillance cameras.
With the purchase, Young Thug is now planted firmly in South Florida luxury, with a house that reads as much like a private compound as a family home.
