Cam’ron Says He May Leak Unreleased Cardi B Collab Over Promised Interview

Cam'ron says he may leak an unreleased Cardi B collab if he doesn't get the interview or payment he says her team promised.

By the time Cam’ron took aim at Cardi B‘s team on the season finale of Talk With Flee on Wednesday, Aug. 5, the dispute already had the shape of one of those hip-hop industry grievances that starts with a favor and ends with a threat. Killa made clear his problem was not with Cardi herself, and even suggested she may not know about the back-and-forth at all. His frustration, he said, was with unnamed members of her camp.

According to Cam, a couple of people from Cardi’s team approached him a few years ago with an ask: do a verse and a hook for a reworked version of his 2000 track What Means the World to You, the version Cardi had made. In return, they allegedly promised that she would sit for an interview on his sports talk show with Ma$e, It Is What It Is.

That exchange never landed cleanly. Cam said time passed and he had not gotten around to the song, but then her team circled back ahead of the release of her 2025 sophomore album Am I The Drama? and pushed him again. He eventually did the work, only for the album to arrive last September without either a Killa feature or the What Means the World to You remix.

At that point, the song was apparently shelved. Cam, though, says the work still deserves compensation or the interview he believes was promised. If neither happens, he says he may upload the record to his YouTube page, or go further and expose private information he says he learned about the team members involved. Possibly both.

“Take this as a warning,” he said. “Send that paper through for my time, or I’ma tell how you like to be on all fours, and your a*s tickled with, pause, ‘cause I know a girl with you.”

He added, “The next show is your text messages, and I don’t want to put out the screenshots of you doggystyle, and you ain’t in the back.”
