DaBaby Lists North Carolina Mansion for $6.9 Million After Buying It for $2.3 Million

DaBaby’s Troutman, North Carolina mansion is on the market for $6.9 million, up from the $2.3 million he paid in 2019.

DaBaby’s North Carolina mansion is back on the market, and the asking price is doing plenty of talking on its own. The five-bedroom, eight-bathroom estate in Troutman is listed at $6.9 million, according to Redfin, after first being put up for sale in May.

First reported by The North Carolina Beat, the 11,241-square-foot property sits on nine acres and leans hard into the kind of private compound setup that has become its own status symbol. Inside, the home comes with a chef’s kitchen, gym, theater and a custom-designed wine cellar. Outside, there’s a pool, pool house, basketball court, football field and a custom mini golf course.

The listing doesn’t exactly undersell the setting, either. “The lush, meticulously maintained acreage also features walking trails and room to roam — a rare combination of space and serenity,” it reads. “Security and peace of mind come standard, with a comprehensive whole-home security system featuring full-range camera coverage and a gated private entry keeping the estate fully protected. All of this, just moments from the waterfront dining, boating, and vibrant recreation of Lake Norman.”

For DaBaby, the real question is profit. He bought the property in 2019 for $2.3 million, which leaves a sizable gap between what he paid and what he’s now asking.

The estate also carries a darker history. It’s the same property where DaBaby shot an intruder in April 2022 after exchanging words with the trespasser. According to reports, the shooting took place on the football field, and the man survived after being shot in the leg. DaBaby was never charged in the incident.
