PlaqueBoyMax broke down in tears after OjaySuave confronted him about his sexuality at Streamer University.

Streamer culture has a way of turning a staged crowd moment into something much messier, and that’s exactly what happened at the second annual Streamer U over the weekend. What was supposed to be a celebratory appearance for PlaqueBoyMax instead spiraled after streamer OjaySuave confronted him in public about his sexuality and a recently added “Diva” tattoo.
When Max greeted OjaySuave at the event, the exchange quickly sharpened. Ojay pressed him with questions that made the interaction uncomfortable almost immediately.
“Why you wanna be a diva?” Ojay asked before things got uncomfortable. “You a demon. You need holy oil. You need to sit down in the holy oil…I think you are confused. I think you need some guidance. I think your parents feel some type of way about that. You clip farming.”
Not long after, Max stepped outside and broke down in tears while responding to the remarks. In the emotional moment, he pushed back on the idea that his look or behavior should be read as anything more than self-expression.
“This me, ni**a,” Max said. “I don’t give a f**k, bro. I might be a little weird. I might tattoo some sh*t,” he added, referring to his new “Diva” tattoo. “I don’t give a f**k. What’s wrong with being gay?”
Then, on Sunday, July 19, Max addressed the situation again on stream and made clear that he is a straight man who likes to wear wigs. He also used the moment to ask people to ease up on how quickly they judge one another.
“Let’s be a little less judgmental and appreciate what makes each other different,” Max said. “That’s the only way this world will come together and be a better place.”
PlaqueBoyMax’s reaction at Streamer University has since circulated widely, turning a weekend built around internet personalities, performance and spectacle into another reminder of how fast those spaces can collapse into public confrontation.
